How do you make the cake with yolks and not cooked. Isn’t that unhealthy
The yolks ARE cooked. In the pan over a medium heat, whisked together with the other ingredients (milk, chocolate etc.) and brought to boiling point…safe enough 🙂

Is cake fulling like a pudding?
I made two of these pies yesterday. They were quite time consuming but I hoped they would be worth the effort. They were definitely not! They did not taste that much better than just jello pudding mix, the crust was difficult to remove from the pan, though I sprayed them as suggested and over all they just were not a great dessert. Sorry for the negative review, but just being honest.
