Diamond ring lost 13 years ago while gardening found on misshaped carrot

Losing stuff in your home can be a nightmare, but losing things in the garden can be just as nerve-racking. If you thought you can’t be optimistic about these situations wait until you read about this next amazing case! A farm in Alberta, Canada is home to a long lost engagement diamond ring. The owner, Mary Grams, said she lost it more than a dozen years ago while working outside. The owner’s daughter-in-law just found it while picking carrots one day. But that’s not all, because the diamond ring wasn’t just lying in the dirt, it was on a misshaped carrot! Yes, the carrot grew perfectly through the ring and was ready to be picked and returned to its original holder. Needless to say, the woman was happy to find out the news and was eager to wear it on the finger once again.

“We were giggling and laughing,” she said. “It fit. After that many years it fits.”
