Potato chips are still a very popular snack, but unfortunately an unhealthy one. Still many of us have the tendency to consume potato chips while watching a movie or chatting with our friends. If you want a healthy alternative to chips, we’ve found the perfect recipe for you and it’s called zucchini chips. What’s great about zucchini is that you can season it any way you like, just like potatoes, so you can create your own flavors of chips. Try the garlic and paprika flavored zucchini chips and prepare a light sauce too. The recipe is so easy as you’ll only need to cut the zucchinis into thin slices and place them on a parchment paper then inside the oven.
Make sure you previously spray the paper with some oil. Add the seasoning on the top of the zucchinis and bake for 45 minutes or until you get some golden zucchini medallions. Once you try this light snack you will never again crave those unhealthy and oily potato chips.
