I used Lemon And Cloves Wasp Repellent. It’s works but not for all types of mosquitos, and not for a long time. As for me, it’s much better to use Mosquito Zappers

My husband is a West Nile virus survivor. This disease has changed our lives forever and not for the better. Please, please, please do not depend wholly on these solutions to repel mosquitos. The only thing proven to work is a repellent with DEET.

Love the idea of using flea collars as stand along repellents… a simple but clever idea. Reminds me of something my grandfather would have done.

    Thanks for sharing.

Tried the flea collar thing. Didn’t work. They don’t even work on cats and dogs. You should be using a serious flea/tick product that goes on their skin.

Also, nothing works as well or as completely against mosquitoes and all flying insects as DEET.
